How do I prepare for Colon Hydrotherapy?

James' answer -
Within the scope of my profession, I cannot say what the best protocol for your personal preparation is. However, it makes sense for you to come in as you are.

Over the decades I have observed many people attempting to help me in my profession.

Often in their best efforts they can actually create a problem for themselves or exacerbate a condition. Using logic to treat one's symptoms does not consider the bigger picture, which is what my work in Colon Hydrotherapy is.

CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF -
I do not advocate fasting or cleansing, whatever that means to you, before Colon Hydrotherapy. How can I offer you feedback to what I see, feel, and hear, if you're doing something outside the normal routine?

Please DO NOT -
Please don't allow yourself to become too hungry before a session. This is not healthy and does effect how the body respondes to the session.
Please do not wear perfume or fragrance.
Alcohol or marijuana consumption before the session is probably not a wise choice and may forfeit your session.

DO -
Please, come as you are.
Please eat something as this is proper for the body to function. A meal before you come in is good, but not immediately prior to your session.

Come relaxed
and calm, the best you can.
Plan time for traveling, especially if you are not sure where you are going. Consider the time of day as well as the day of the week and weather conditions.

Please arrive fifteen minutes early.
Turn off the telephone one-half hour before arriving.
Please bathe if possible.
